Australia!

October 29, 2006

Sinceit’s going to be 19 more days and staying there for 19 days, which is indeed quite a long time, the thoughtful me decided to post a picture of me in case I’m missed!

19days-copy2.jpg

I just had a new haircut in the same shop whereby I have my hair cut during my JC days. Technie’s the name I think. Probably this time, the owner cut my hair personally! Woah! But somehow, I didn’t think he finished the haircut and abruptly, he took the mirror! Haha. But I’m pleased with the cut! :)

Even though I’ve said that, I don’t suppose I’ll go there to style my hair after I ORDed and have a ear length hair. Probably I’ll go Reds, Kimage or something ba. Somewhere whereby it’s grander! But in the meantime, I just have to keep dreaming and hope that the next 1 Year 2 Months plus past fast…

How come!

October 26, 2006

I have no idea why, but one of myfavourite DJ is leaving yes 93.3fm. And because I am the duty clerk, I could not listen to her last hours on air. Damn! I’m so pissed off! Hearing the news from my other favourite DJ was even more devastating. Even more so upon hearing that her departure will have a great impact on him.

Well, that’s life. People come and go. In 1 year 2 months time, I’m leaving that place for good.

Anyway, it’s 21 days before flying. I heard that there’s 2 days 1 night of Rest and Relax up in wallaby. Staying in a motel near the beach! Therefore, it’s likely that there’s going to be beach wear! If it’s cheap, I’ll go on a shopping spree! Singapore sells Billabong board shorts like treasure. One of them cost 70 bucks! So expensive la!

Just felt like writing something down today la. Was not the best of days.Intended tostay in, but there’s some problems at home which needs my presence to rectify. Spent 16 bucks hailig a Taxi and rushed home. Fixed a minor problem and have to wake up extremely early tomorrow because got duty. Argh!

Guys do shop ok!

October 22, 2006

Base ontoday’s The Newpaper, reports actually says that guys tend to shop more than girls. Well, I’m lazy to find out what is the exact word they used la, but I think it somehow point to that statement. I have no idea why, but my shopping list seems to increase all the time. Talk about limited resources and unlimited wants anytime. Therefore, it would be wise to really go on a shopping spree in a country where things are cheap.

Since Bangkok trip is getting less and less likely to materialise, anyone wishes to spend like close to 200 bucks on hotel accomodation and airfare and maybe another 500 bucks on shopping and travel related stuff? Haha, like very expensive leh! Can buy my long awaited camera and maybe throw in an apple i pod nano or something.

I really don’t know the pros and cons of going Bangkok le. The trip is expensive, but at leasy I could have more clothes that you could not see on the street! Buying a nice shirt from Topman and see so many other people wearing it is a “fashion disaster.” Buying designer label will mean buying less clothes. And furthermore, there’s the Australia trip as well as a likely Taiwan and Japan trip next yeat. On top of that, a new camera before I fly to Japan, new clothes for New Year, Fees for enrichment courses, Money spent on food or outings. Woah!

Argh. Shall we just go Malaysia? But somehow, I have a better impression of Bangkok. More places to shop, more things to do. Hmmm, shall wait till Nov to decide. Parents seem to be against the idea of going without tour guide…

Kawaii desu ka

Watashi wa rainen ni Nihon e ikimasu!

(I’m going to Japan next year!)

My gift for enduring 2 years in that place ORD. Splendid gift right? Better than a new phone. Better than a new camera. Cause I’m going to one place which I really wanted to go! Haha, actually, there’s nothing much to do in Japan right? Some sight seeing and that’s about it. But I still have that craving for Japan! So glad that it’s on the table. Hmmm.. hopefully it does happen ar!

That would mean at least a trip a year!

27 days before I fly for Australia for 19 days! 19 days not seeing me online is already an accomplishment. And now it’s going to be 19 days stuck OUTFIELD! Woah. My outfield experience only lasted me 4 days and 3 nights in Pulau Tekong. There I’m surrounded by greenery. In Australia I’ll be surrounded by sand! It’s summer whereby temperature can go as high as 38 degrees celsius! However, I’m still looking forward to the trip, away from Singapore, away from that place for 19 days is probably the best thing that happen to me this year!

So excited about going overseas!

Nine teen!

October 9, 2006

Finally, I’ve turned nineteen. However, nineteen bodes no significance changes in my life whatsoever. Other than it being the last year of being the teenager. Let’s just stay young at heart ok! Anyway, guess what I received for my birthday this year! Other than dear Abarai Renji Poster, which is quite big, as it is about half the size of my door in terms of its length, I got a Parker pen, a Sheaffer pen and mechanical Pencil, ang pow, a Singlet. Last but not least, I’ve got this…..

What is this Logo? A 19 year old would most likely not recognise this.

Mont Blanc! A 19 year old may still not recognise this. But Mont Blanc is I suppose one of the more popular brand for wallet, belt and everything for people age like 25~40? It’s really nicely packaged, with the wrapper as shown above, then it’s the box, followed by this white pouch and finally, the main item.

Sorry, I have shaky hands.

Yup! It’s a Mont Blanc belt! Cool huh! But well, it’s for my dad.. Haha, that’s all for now ba. Yup!
